Michael DiIorio is a Toronto-based certified life and wellness coach, author, and podcast host. He founded Wellismo, co-hosts the Gay Men Going Deeper podcast, and co-founded Gay Men's Brotherhood. His public work helps gay, bi, and queer men build grounded confidence, stronger relationships, emotional intimacy, and authentic connection.
